WoW Forever Rogue Leveling Build
Follow an editable Level 10–20 Rogue route, compare Assassination, Combat, Subtlety and keep recovery in your leveling test.
Client data and build assumptions
Client-table preview: positions, rank caps and spell IDs are checked against build 1.60.1.69913. These readable tables may retain legacy layout. Five points per tier, full-rank prerequisites and the 11-point Level 20 budget are planning assumptions, not proof of final live Beta rules. Missing rank text stays unknown.

Combat Rogue Leveling Build

Repeatable melee leveling
- Improved Sinister Strike and Lightning Reflexes complete the entry tier. Precision receives the next five points, followed by one point in Endurance. This is an early melee baseline without pretending a deep Combat cooldown is available.
- Track miss frequency, incoming damage and downtime across equivalent enemies rather than one critical strike.
Derived planning assumption. Talent positions and ranks remain client data; this allocation is editorial only.

Start with Combat
Start with Combat when you want a straightforward route for repeated solo pulls. Keep the same main-hand weapon while comparing another route: weapon upgrades can easily outweigh an early talent change. Use a separate Subtlety setup when the opening attack matters more than the rest of the fight.
The first five points establish the opening attack package. Levels 15–19 invest in Precision; the Level 20 point goes to Endurance rather than an unavailable late-tree skill.
Levels 10, 15 and 20
The planner assumes one talent point per level from Level 10. Read the ordered allocation below as a sequence: first five points, the next five, then the final Level 20 point. Reset and follow the order to compare the early milestones.
These eleven-point routes stop at the current planning budget. No Level 30 or Level 60 performance recommendation is inferred from them.
