Start with Affliction

Affliction is the default damage-over-time comparison. Demonology is the alternative when the pet is central to your solo routine. Keep the same demon and target type when testing a talent change so two variables do not move at once.

Choose targets that live long enough to compare the sustained spell cycle. Record recovery as well as kill time, particularly when health and mana costs change the next pull.

Levels 10, 15 and 20

The planner assumes one talent point per level from Level 10. Read the ordered allocation below as a sequence: first five points, the next five, then the final Level 20 point. Reset and follow the order to compare the early milestones.

These eleven-point routes stop at the current planning budget. No Level 30 or Level 60 performance recommendation is inferred from them.
